• Chauffeur Coordination Details: Hotel room numbers, flight numbers (for IGI Delhi or Jaipur airport meet-and-greet), and train coach details provided voluntarily to ensure seamless chauffeur pickups.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, device operating system, browser type, referring URLs, and engagement analytics collected via server logs and Google Analytics (GA4) to maintain website uptime and security.

3. Purpose & Lawful Grounds of Processing

Your personal data is processed exclusively for lawful, specified purposes:

• Generating accurate, transparent cab fare estimates and custom tour quotations.
• Assigning vehicles, verifying commercial permits, and transmitting driver contact details to passengers.
• Providing real-time 24/7 central dispatch support during travel along Rajasthan and interstate highways.
• Issuing commercial invoices and complying with statutory tax reporting requirements.

Lawful Basis: Processing is carried out pursuant to your explicit consent given when requesting a quote or initiating a booking, as well as for the performance of a transport carriage agreement.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Anti-Spam Pledge

We maintain a strict anti-brokerage policy:

• Zero Telemarketing / No Data Brokerage: We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data to third-party telemarketers, emporiums, or advertising networks.
• Assigned Chauffeur Sharing: The passenger's name, pickup address, and contact number are disclosed strictly to the assigned company chauffeur on the date of travel to execute pickup logistics.
• WhatsApp Messaging Infrastructure: When you click instant WhatsApp booking CTAs, your communications pass through the external messaging infrastructure of Meta Platforms Inc. pursuant to WhatsApp's standard end-to-end encryption.

5. Data Retention & Security Standards

Passenger inquiry records and billing information are retained on secure servers only for as long as necessary to complete commercial transportation services, address post-trip inquiries, and satisfy statutory accounting and tax retention mandates under Indian law. We implement HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption, Apache security headers, and restricted administrative credentials to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.

6. Rights of the Data Principal

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you hold the following statutory rights:

• Right to Access: You may request a summary of personal data held about you and processing activities undertaken.
