Refund, Cancellation & Guarantee Policy

1. Advance Booking Cancellation Tier Schedule

When an outstation, intercity, or wedding fleet booking is confirmed, our central dispatch locks the vehicle allocation, assigns a certified chauffeur, and denies other commercial inquiries for that operational slot. In the event of a cancellation requested by the passenger, refunds on the advance deposit amount are calculated according to the following strict timeline:

2. Date Rescheduling & Modification Policy

Passengers wishing to reschedule their travel date may do so without penalty if the request is submitted at least 72 hours prior to the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability in the desired category.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 to 72 hours of pickup are subject to a nominal re-rostering fee of ₹500 for sedans/SUVs and ₹1,500 for Tempo Travellers and luxury coaches. Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of scheduled departure.

Anil Tours & Travels stands firmly against unfair trade practices and substandard aggregator service. Unlike unorganized taxi operators that switch off cabin air conditioning on steep mountain ascents to save diesel, we guarantee 100% continuous dual-zone climate control across all hill ghats (including Mount Abu ghat road, Kumbhalgarh pass, and Ranakpur ghats).

Claim Verification & Disbursal Procedure:

1. Real-Time Notice: If a driver switches off the AC during a ghat ascent without passenger instruction, the passenger must immediately notify our 24/7 central dispatch desk via phone or WhatsApp at +91 95218 01605.
2. Instant Dispatch Verification: Our duty manager contacts the chauffeur immediately to confirm system status and rectify the setting.
3. Disbursal: If the AC was switched off to conserve fuel or due to mechanical failure on the ascent, an unconditional ₹1,000 cash deduction will be applied immediately to the final trip invoice, or refunded within 3 to 5 business days via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Refund Disbursal Methods & Timelines

All approved refunds under this policy will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of written cancellation acknowledgment.

Refunds are credited through the original mode of payment (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card). For cash advance payments, refunds are executed via verified IMPS/NEFT bank transfer upon receiving passenger bank credentials.

5. Force Majeure & Route Closures

In situations where a trip cannot commence due to natural disasters (such as hill landslides on Mount Abu, active highway flooding, or official government road closures), passengers may elect to either (a) reschedule the trip without penalty to a future date within 6 months, or (b) receive a full refund of the advance deposit minus actual incurred depot positioning costs (capped at 10%).
